Employee engagement & Change management

When asked what their biggest asset is nearly every company will say their staff. Unfortunately, whilst employees may indeed be the engine that powers the car, too little time is spent on ensuring that the engine runs smoothly. This is particularly true during periods of business transformation such as the development and implementation of a major IT system or a major re-organisation.

The key to a successful company is good communication between management and staff. But real communication is a two way process and to fully realise its potential a company needs to engage its employees and create communication from the bottom up as well as the top down. By developing an interactive dialogue through a number of different channels, companies can engage their employees and give them a stake in the future success of their company.

Carmasol has worked on internal communication and change management programmes for many years and helped businesses develop and implement successful employee engagement strategies even during periods of major change.
